Denis Gleeson is a Quality Engineer in Arvato where he has undertaken various projects to implement substantial packaging savings for the Company. Using 6 Sigma techniques, Denis has improved the packaging through identifying best practices in packaging and standardising this across all packaging where possible. This resulted in the rationalisation of similar types of packaging, gaining greater efficiencies and economies of scale. Denis helped base these decisions on his previous experiences from working as a Packaging Technologist in Coca Cola & Diageo and he has also worked for Smurfit Kappa.
